Terms of Service

You must be 13 or older and able to agree to these terms.

One Fireball account signs you in to every Fireball product. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

On a personal account, what you make is yours, and we claim no ownership of it. On an organization account, the organization owns what is made in it. The account you are signed in to decides which applies. Who owns your work explains this in full.

• Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Stripe processes the payments.
• If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• We may change a plan’s price. The new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it.
• Each plan’s features and limits are described on its product page and on Plans.

Some Fireball products use AI models. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable, so review it before you rely on it. If you connect an AI service of your own, your use of it is between you and that provider.

Don’t use Fireball products to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights. Don’t resell or redistribute them, work around plan limits, or try to disrupt the service for anyone else.

Some apps add their own terms to these. For example, Fireball Designer’s terms cover checking machine output before you run it. Where an app’s terms conflict with these, the app’s terms apply to that app.

Fireball products and websites are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Fireball Enterprise LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them.

You can stop using Fireball products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Fireball products after a change means you accept it. To reach us, use the chat on any Fireball site.
