Your work, your teams

Your personal account and personal work stay yours. Only work you explicitly create or publish for an organization belongs to that organization. Joining does not share your private files, conversations or subscriptions.

One login. Separate spaces.

Use your existing Fireball account to create or join organizations. Friends, clubs, startups and businesses use the same membership system. You do not need a second email address, and joining does not convert your account.

An organization owner or admin cannot use membership to read, export or delete your personal files or conversations. Leaving an organization does not cancel your personal subscriptions.

Choose who you publish for

Organization publishing is being built for Warehouse. It will require an explicit choice to publish for the organization, with contributor attribution and current membership checks. Creating an organization today does not move or publish any existing work.

Membership records are private to the team. A public organization profile will show only information deliberately shared with the community.

Clear roles

Owners appoint admins, transfer ownership and dissolve empty organizations. Admins invite and remove ordinary members. Members can leave at any time; owners must transfer ownership or dissolve the organization before deleting their own account.

Products and billing

Shared organization billing is still being built. Membership alone does not unlock paid products, purchase seats or change an existing personal subscription. Organization purchases will be managed by the owner, with each product and bundle covered by its own selected plan.

Commercial is a pricing category, not a separate type of organization. Eligibility follows company employee count, not the number of friends or members in a group.
