Copyright, trademarks and how to report infringement, for every Fireball product and website run by Fireball Enterprise LLC.
Copyright
Copyright © 2026 Fireball Enterprise LLC. All rights reserved.
The text, graphics, logos, images, video and software on Fireball websites and in Fireball apps are owned by Fireball Enterprise LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You can view them and share links to them. Don’t copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Trademarks
Fireball, the Fireball flame mark, and the names and marks of Fireball products (including Fireball Designer, Fireball Sidecar, Fireball Wrangler and Fireball Warehouse) are trademarks of Fireball Enterprise LLC. Don’t use them in a way that suggests we made, sponsor or endorse something we didn’t. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
Your content
What you make with Fireball products stays yours on a personal account. On an organization account it belongs to the organization. See Who owns your work. When you upload or share something, you give us only the permission needed to store it, show it and deliver it the way the product describes.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe something on a Fireball website or service infringes your copyright, send us a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The material you believe infringes it, with its web address, so we can find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Send it through the chat on any Fireball site and start with “Copyright notice”. It reaches a person. On Fireball Warehouse, you can also use the Report link on the design itself. We remove or disable access to material that a valid notice identifies, and we tell the person who posted it.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where Fireball Enterprise LLC may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We pass the counter-notice on to the person who sent the original notice. We restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages, so please be sure before you send a notice or counter-notice.
