Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Fireball Enterprise LLC (“we”, “us”) makes the Fireball family of products and websites. This policy explains what we collect for your Fireball account, for billing and for the site chat, why we collect it, and how you control it.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and profile picture, held in your Fireball account and shared by every Fireball product. Your password is stored by our authentication provider using industry-standard hashing. We never see it or store it in plain text.
  • Your plan and billing: which plans your account holds and their renewal dates. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Devices: a random identifier for each device you sign in on, so a plan applies to the right computers and you can sign a device out.
  • What you send us: site-chat conversations, support requests and feedback.

The site chat

The chat bubble on Fireball websites asks you to sign in first. An AI model reads each conversation to screen out spam. A genuine one is forwarded to a person at Fireball by email, so that we can reply to you.

Problem reports

When a Fireball app quits unexpectedly or something goes wrong, it can offer to Send Report. Sending one is always your choice. A report holds what Collect Diagnostics saves: app and system details, settings checks and recent logs, with tokens, passwords and email addresses removed. It is anonymous: you must be signed in to send one, but no account is attached to it, only a report ID (like R-7K3Q-92XM) that you can quote to support. We delete every report three days after it’s sent. Because a report isn’t tied to your account, it isn’t part of Download your data or account deletion.

What we don’t do

Fireball websites contain no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account working across Fireball products.
  • To apply and bill the plans you choose.
  • To answer you when you contact us, and to fix problems you report.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service provider needs to do its job for us: our authentication and cloud-hosting provider to run your account, Stripe to take payments, and an AI model provider to screen site-chat messages. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Fireball apps

Apps that handle your own content explain it in their own policies. These include Fireball Designer and Fireball Sidecar. Who owns the work made in personal and organization accounts is set out in Who owns your work.

Your controls

  • You can edit your profile, and sign out any device, from your account page.
  • You can cancel a plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • You can download a copy of your data from your account page (see below).
  • You can delete your account from your account page. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone (see below).

Download your data

On your account page, Download your data builds one ZIP archive of everything tied to your Fireball account, across every Fireball product:

  • your profile, sign-in settings and security settings;
  • your plans, entitlements and a billing summary: subscriptions, invoices and credits (card details stay with Stripe);
  • the devices registered to your account;
  • your Library and Files, with the files themselves, including Fireball Designer projects saved to the cloud;
  • your Fireball Sidecar chats, memory and usage records;
  • your Fireball Warehouse creator profile and designs;
  • your Fireball Wrangler data: hosts, snapshots, cached transcripts, devices, GitHub link, settings, and token details (never the tokens themselves).

You must have signed in within the last ten minutes to request it, and you can request one archive a day. We build it in the background and email you when it’s ready. The download link appears on your account page, lasts five minutes and needs a recent sign-in. We delete the archive seven days after it’s created. Each request is recorded in our audit log.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account stops access to every Fireball product immediately. Cleanup then runs in the background (it takes a little over an hour) and removes:

  • your sign-in account: name, email address, password, sign-in settings and remembered devices;
  • your subscriptions, which are canceled, and your plan and entitlement records;
  • your Library and Files, including your profile picture and cloud-saved Designer projects;
  • your Warehouse designs (their files and previews) and your creator profile;
  • your Sidecar chats, memory, saved sessions and remote-session devices;
  • your Wrangler cloud data: hosts, snapshots, cached transcripts, commands, devices, GitHub link, tokens, settings and connections;
  • the devices registered to your account, and any data export you requested.

We keep the records we must, or that hold no content of yours: the audit log of account actions, billing and credit records (Stripe keeps its own customer and invoice records as tax law requires), Sidecar usage records (dates, models and amounts used), a short record that the account was deleted, the Warehouse’s moderation records, and, if you held a seat in an organization, that organization’s record of the seat. Documents saved on your own devices are not affected.

Data retention

We keep your account information while your account is active and remove it when you delete the account, as described above. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Our databases keep point-in-time recovery backups, so deleted data can remain in those backups for up to 35 days before it is gone for good. Data exports are deleted seven days after they’re created.

Children

Fireball products are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. To reach us, use the chat on any Fireball site.
