General Policy
At Fireball Enterprise (covering Fireball 3D and Fireball Fabrication), each item is custom-made or hand-produced in small batches. Because of this, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we do allow exchanges in certain limited cases.
Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
- Exchanges are only considered for defective or damaged items.
- Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.
- Requests must be approved by us in writing before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once inspected and approved, we will send a replacement item of the same type.
Exchanges (International Customers)
- Due to the high cost of international shipping, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the U.S.
- The only exception is defective or damaged items, which must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers outside the U.S. are also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Print-on-Demand (Fireball Gear) Products
- Print-on-demand items (such as apparel and accessories) are fulfilled by third-party partners.
- These products are subject to the return policy of the print provider. In most cases, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged in shipping.
- If you receive a defective print-on-demand product, please contact us with photos within 14 days and we will coordinate with our print partner to issue a replacement.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@fireballenterprise.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
